Charcoal Drawing of Boys

One day, I guided two Dutch ladies on a snorkeling and birdwatching tour in Numfor island. We spent 4 days/ 3 nights exploring the natural beauty of the island. This tropical island was surrounded by coral reef and white sandy beach. There were a lot of small villages along its coastal area. Most of the villagers worked as farmers and fishermen.

On the first day when we had just arrived at the island, we saw some children playing at sea with two canoes. They were swimming and spearfishing. They were having fun with their boats until sunset time. They slowly paddled their boat to the beach. I remember that it was a nice fleeting moment. So, I decided to make a sketch of the boat.
It is easy to go to Numfor island. First, you need to fly from your country to Jakarta (the capital of Indonesia). After that, take a domestic flight to fly from Jakarta to Manokwari. I will be happy to meet you at the airport or hotel in Manokwari city and organize your birdwatching, snorkeling and sightseeing trip to Numfor. You could also go with me to do some one the spot sketchings or drawings of interesting scenery, and human activities in the island.
